Word : Poverty

Meaning : Is the state of one who lacks a certain amount of material possessions or money.
Example : With only the money that engels could raise, the marx family lived in extreme poverty .


Word : Destitution


Meaning : Without the basic necessities of life ; not having . 
Example : At one stage he ended up destitution in a homeless men's hostel . 


Word : Inability

Meaning : Lack of sufficient power, resources, and capacity.
Example : The inability of the government to cope with the problem .

I have a friend who always skip English class in my collage. I would like to give she advice to make their would not skip English class again. I tell her about bad thing will happen if she always skip English class. I tell her about if she always skip English class Miss Atee will not let them sit for final exam. I also tell her don’t get out at midnight so she can wake up early in the morning and can go English class.

My hero is my Father. Why i think my father is my hero ? Because, my father is someone who has a strong spirit can face many challenges, trials, sufferings and pain to continue his life became a useful until today.  School years ago, every morning before going to school he is willing to sell the bottle just to get money to go to school because my father home from the poorest households. Despite of, My father still trying and not give up to face the trials of his life to get a degree.  With effort and enthusiasm my father, he received a Masters Degree in Business Management in Open University Malaysia.

UFS101 - 3rd Reflection Topic

Perfect healthy life style that i wish to live is i want a life of good health of my family as well. Since I want my family has a perfect life in terms of health. me and my family a healthy lifestyle. We ate the food as the food pyramid. in all my mother's cooking, my mother preferred sayue vegetables from fatty foods such as chicken. Each morning we had breakfast a glass of milk and bread only. We do not take heavy meals in the morning and each day we also drink water in large quantities is eight glasses a day. Every weekend our family went to the park to exercise.

UFS101 - 2nd Reflection Topic

If I had the chance to help people in need. I will help the hungry people in Afghanistan. I will help them by giving them food. I give them food because I know they do not have any food can be eaten because their country does not have any forest, crops and the sea that can be made ​​for food. I will also help them provide shelter for them, such as tents or houses because they did not have shelter and shade from the hot sun in the daytime and the cold wind at night and during wet wet rain. I also help them in terms of medical, because I know they live in eat the food in situation is not as good time, eat foods that do not know the net or not, and there at a time, they did not eat. This causes their stomach not healthy and susceptible to disease. also causes them a dirty environment it is easy to infect them with diseases such as skin diseases, fever, flu and more. If I were given the chance I will help my best efforts so that they do not live miserable now.

UFS101 - 1st Reflection Topic

Everyone has their own hobbies different. Some people like to go fishing, surfing internet, reading novels and more. My hobbies, I enjoy listening to songs. For me, when I heard the song in whatever situation I would feel relieved. Various types of music such as rnb, rock, ballads, love song and more. When I was happy, exercising and study  I prefer listening such as the ballad and rnb. Because, for me the songs can relieve stress. When I despair, stress, or a fight with my boyfriend, I prefer to listen to love songs and instrumental music. From there I will feel relieved, even though sometimes my tears flowed when i heard a love song or instrumental music when fight with my boyfriend. I prefer listening the songs in the morning  waiting for the bus to go to collage and while he was in collage. When I heard the song then I will feel eternity mean, bored waiting for the bus and sat in the bus. Whatever listening to songs is my hobby that I do every day.
